Project Abandonment: If the client does'nt respond for more than 10 consecutive days without notice, the project will be considered "Abandoned." The payment will be kept as a cancellation fee, and a 20% Reactivation Fee will apply to resume work.

Timeline: Standard delivery is 10-15 business days (Monday to Friday). Weekends are for personal rest; no updates will be sent then.

Clock Pause: The timeline pauses while waiting for your feedback.

Updates: I will send you three (3) sketch updates. You can request minor changes/adjustments during this stage.

Final Phase: Once the sketch is approved and I move to color/render, no free changes will be allowed.

Artist’s Commitment: If I exceed the 15-business-day window due to my own delay, a 10% discount will be applied to your next commission.

Service: This is a professional B2B (Business-to-Business) service. I reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with my style or values.

Portfolio Rights: I retain the right to showcase the artwork in my professional portfolio and social media. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) or private commissions are available for an additional fee.

Method: Payments are processed through PayPal.

Payment Structure: For projects under $500 USD, full payment is required to start. For projects exceeding this amount, an initial deposit of 50% is required, with the remaining 50% payable upon final approval.

No Refunds: No refunds will be issued once the sketching phase has begun.

Project Abandonment: If the Client fails to provide feedback or respond to communications for more than 15 consecutive days without prior notice, the project will be officially marked as "Abandoned." The Artist will retain the initial deposit as a cancellation and "holding" fee for the reserved calendar space.

Reactivation Fee: If the Client wishes to resume the project after it has been marked as abandoned, a Reactivation Fee of 20% of the total project cost must be paid before work continues. The Artist does'nt guarantee that the original timeline or deadline will be maintained upon reactivation; a new delivery date will be scheduled based on the Artist's current availability.

Timeline: The standard turnaround time for a project is 10 to 15 business days after the initial deposit is received and the brief is confirmed.

Business Days: My working days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days reserved for personal rest; no project updates or communications will be sent during the weekend.

Force Majeure: The Artist shall not be held liable for delays or failure to meet deadlines caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, government restrictions, severe illness, or major telecommunication/power outages. In such cases, a new delivery date will be negotiated without any penalty or discount applied.

Artist’s Commitment & Compensation: A 10% discount on the final payment will only apply if the delay is caused by reasons within the Artist's direct control (e.g., poor time management or personal scheduling conflicts) and exceeds the 15-business-day window.

Client Delays: The timeline pauses whenever the Artist is waiting for client feedback. Any delay in approval will be added to the final delivery date.

Tolling of Timeline (Clock Pause):The 10-15 business day period only accounts for the Artist’s active working time. The "clock" pauses whenever the Artist is waiting for Client feedback, references, or approvals. The timeline will resume on the next business day following the Client's response.

Briefing: The client must provide a clear creative brief. Major changes requested after the brief is locked may incur additional costs.

Revision Rounds: Includes three (3) rounds of minor revisions during the sketching phase.

Final Approval: Once the sketch is approved and rendering begins, any structural changes will be billed as an extra "Change Order.

Commercial License & Attribution: Upon final payment, the Client is granted a license for [Branding/Marketing/Social Media]. Credit to the Artist is mandatory (e.g., "Art by @Shanonuniverse") in all public uses.

Signature & Credits: The artwork will include a signature.

Anonymous Use (No-Signature/No-Credit): If the Client requires the artwork without a signature and without attribution, a one-time fee of 50% will be added to the total.

Full Copyright Transfer (Buyout): If the Client requires total ownership of the Intellectual Property (Copyright), a specific Copyright Transfer Agreement must be signed by both parties, and a separate "Buyout Fee" will apply. Without this signed document, the Artist remains the sole legal owner.

Royalty-Based Projects: For projects involving mass-produced merchandise or commercial resale, a Royalty Agreement may be established. This includes a 5% royalty of Net Sales, to be reported and paid Monthly.

Prohibited Uses: The Artwork may not be used for AI training (Artificial Intelligence), NFT minting, or resale of the raw digital files to third parties without prior written consent.
